About the restaurant

APLAYA, is a brand new bar and restaurant on the beautiful white sand
beach of Boracay. Conveniently located at the end of Station One, next
to Boracay Beach Resort, the most happening place in Boracay!

Aplaya combines all the international experiences of a group of
successful friends who have worked in entertainment, food and
beverage, and hospitality industries all around the world. From Ibiza
to Milan, Tuscany to Shanghai, and now the Philippines.

Aplaya ultimate goal is to move the local entertainment to an
international level. This will be achieved by having beach and sunset
parties (Formentera Style) every week with special concepts and
outstanding productions by MVP Shanghai, a international event
production company.

Our kitchen will be managed by renowned international chef Paolo
Covati. Covati is best known for his popular restaurants in Tuscany.
Paolo is an eclectic chef with an international background developed
between Italy,New York and Shanghai.

Our food concept will be Italian with Mediterranean influences. You
can expect delicious Pasta and pizza, but you will be refreshed by our
well seasoned fish, prime cut meat platters, and tasty tapas. All of
which you can enjoy during a breath taking Boracay sunset.

Our venue is divided in 2 sections. The beach front, ( APLAYA in
philippino language) is dedicated to cocktails, sunset parties and
casual dining. Then the indoor part, which is more dedicated to fine
dining and private functions/ parties.
